At the Performance, Talent & Learning CoC in Düsseldorf, Germany, we are looking for a Manager Employer Branding (m/f).
YOUR TASKS
Develop and implement a global employer value proposition
Align employer branding initiatives with key stakeholders from Strategic Recruiting, Communication&Marketing, and external providers
Cooperate with and advise HR Business Partners
Develop and implement a global onboarding concept
Plan and manage global partnerships (e.g. universities and organizations)
Represent GEA at career booths
Responsible for GEA career page, image profiles, marketing materials and social media
Partner with other Performance, Talent & Learning peers in order to support various CoC projects
YOUR QUALIFCATIONS
Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology, Marketing or Human Resources
Up-to-date knowledge of best practices and processes related to Employer Branding & Recruiting
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the area of Employer Branding
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management skills
Very good facilitation and communication skills
Very structured and organized working style
Excellent English and German skills
Very good knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
