Your challenge
As part of the Global Channel MarCom team, the Marketing Communications specialist for the global Value Added Partner Program is responsible for the development and execution of the global MarCom plan that drives brand preference from our Value Added Partners and attracts potential new customers to the program. Key activities include the Annual Partner Summit, Partner connect events, newsletters, partner portal and website.
Your responsibilities
As MarCom specialist for the VAP channel, you work closely with the Global VAP team, local key account managers and BG Prof and are responsible for:-Creation of the yearly Global MarCom plan to stimulate preference from customers in the Value Added Partner Program and attract potential new partners to the program, including key themes, initiatives, budgeting and timing-Lead the on-time development of all communication materials (events, partner portal, CRM newsletters, social media, web site, etc), based on defined creative concept, strategic messaging and corporate guidelines
-Lead the VAP summit and Partner connect events in close cooperation with the events team -Measure effectiveness and efficiency of MarCom deliverables-Manage the budget within scope
Your team
You will be part of the Brand Communication team (SVAL) and you report directly into the Head of Channel MarCom. You will be in a team of 10 MarCom specialists and interact with various layers of the organization, from product managers to digital experts and from the global team to the marketing communications and sales managers in the commercial organizations.
We are looking for
Bachelor degree in Marketing Communications
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in an international company
Person that easily connects with many people in the organization and can work in a matrix organization
Able to manage multiple projects with different stakeholders at the same time
Strong drive for results, enthusiasm and persistence
Great communication and presentation skills
Hands-on mentality
Excellent command in written and spoken English
Affinity with technology
