We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Manager who wants to help us build this business and make a significant impact from day one. Role Purpose You’ll be our Marketing Leader. You will be responsible for strategizing, planning and managing the delivery of our marketing plans. You will be involved at all levels, including working with in-house teams on drafting press releases, reporting on campaign activity, updating internal teams, and organising promotional events and exhibitions throughout the year. This job will be fun and challenging Responsibilites Creating strategic campaign plans for each market segment, in line with the overall strategy. Ensuring marketing activity, as laid out in our marketing plan, is delivered, as planned. Creating a test plan to ensure we are constantly challenging our activity, working with the internal teams to maximise lead nurturing with a marketing automation system, ensuring we have content ready on time, and ensuring our test activity is monitored to ensure we regularly create ‘champion v challenger’ campaigns to ensure a continuous improvement programme. Creating reports on the success of our activity, making recommendations for amends to the plan in line with sales forecasts and our agreed measures of success. Organising and planning customer and prospect events, across key sectors including, pre-event, live-event and post-event marketing. Liaising and negotiating with relevant sponsors and advertising partners to ensure best value for relevant planned media and leverage any influence to secure speaker opportunities allowing us to demonstrate thought leadership. Attending digital marketing conferences to ensure we are front and center. Working closely with our US Marketing team to devise creative content ideas that will deliver against our KPIs. Working with the Business Development Managers to ensure feedback is provided on the success of marketing activities and to assist with fine tuning the targeting. Being an ambassador for Reputation.com both externally and internally, representing the company at key events and being an ambassador internally who upholds our ethos to ‘have fun and do good’ Requirements Demonstrable expertise, obtained either at agency or at client side, with multiple marketing activities, both on and offline with measurable results Demonstrable results in prior marketing roles, with digital marketing a strong driver of marketing results. Experience in copywriting, press releases and art direction. Experience in presenting and writing reports. Strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals of various levels and backgrounds such as, Directors and senior and junior management. Passion for digital and an ability to manage a busy schedule. Organized and logical with excellent written and verbal communications. Skills Complete marketing mix i.e. in-depth knowledge of digital marketing as well as a background in offline marketing activity. Good understanding of lead nurturing. Some or all of the following/similar applications: Hubspot, Email Marketing, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, Google Analytics, CRM (Salesforce), Content Management Systems.
