At the moment we are catering our clients through three business brands distributed globally: DIGIWE – Digital Mobile Solutions, TECHWE – Technology Solutions and GOVWE – Government Solutions. With over 10 years of international experience and our proprietary, multipurpose mobile engagement platforms, we design, develop and deliver turnkey projects for our customers across all 5 continents. TIMWE Group operates in 80 countries through 30 offices. Outside of our core Latin American and Middle Eastern markets, we are rapidly consolidating our position across Africa, Eastern Europe and the Asian regions. To sustain its fast paced growth, TIMWE maintains a clear focus on new trendy technology and needs to expand its team. In that context, TIMWE is currently seeking a Marketing Manager: MUST DO: Responsible for overseeing all activities and functions associated with a particular product or product family; Identifies business opportunities in close liaison with other business partners (brokers, operator, media agencies, ...) and market key players; Fosters product kick-off and consolidation with the sales teams, owning the product life cycle and sales push; Business start-up in new countries and/or operations: country management, teams’ coordination, market assessments and business start-up in ongoing and potential countries; KPIs analysis, market business plan, profitability analysis, media investment management and budget definition; Team management responsibilities, including: induction, training and development of his/her own staff. MUST HAVE: University Degree (Economics, Management or Engineering) MBA is a plus; Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales (Key Account Manager FMCG) or Telcos; Analytical Skills; Excel and other proprietary software; Leadership & Project Management Experience; Availability to travel often or to re-allocate; English Fluent (mandatory) and Portuguese; Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment; Fluency in English (mandatory).
