Job Description
Supports the efficient operations of Oracle University EMEA through data entry, customer care functions and other back office support activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as primary backoffice support for EMEA OU countries
Plan and setup of all EMEA external public events and various other tasks event related
Resources Private and Public events (trainer / venue / negotiate rate to ensure profitable revenue )
Ensure correct environment/ classroom build setup
Purchase Order management
Follow-up on supplier's payments and invoices
Provide support for Delivery Mangers, country contacts and Oracle Partners
Monitor generic email addresses
Provide weekly and monthly reports
System data accuracy (Monthly / Quarterly / FY cleanup)
Periodic system / reports cleanup
Country Web check/ Solve issues
Delivery Management Reporting
Run, analyse and distribute various reports to the business
Operate in line with Oracle policies and procedures
SKILLS:
Computer literate – Windows, MS Office, email and Internet
Experience using online applications for administrative/operational processes
Strong communication skills in English - both written and spoken.
German language is a big advantage
Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritise
High degree of data accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through
Able to understand business process flows
Demonstrate professional attitude, personal drive and sense of ownership.
Able to work cooperatively with others in the same organisation and in virtual teams
Occasional work required evenings, weekends and/or holidays, particularly around quarter end.
