Summary of the role Ensure law compliance regarding occupational safety & health at Madrid Headquarter in order to provide employees with the best possible working environment. Main responsibilities WORKPLACE HAZARD PREVENTION * Responsible for setting up in-house Amadeus prevention service (SPP). Developing an internal policy in Health & Safety (H&S). * Carry out an annual schedule on H&S activities. * Responsible for making Safety and Ergonomics Risks Assessment on Amadeus premises. Implement preventive measures to reduce risks. * Give Health and Safety basic advice to newcomers as well as general H&S training for employees ensuring its implementation. * Interface with H&S Madrid Employee Committee. * Supervise and update, when needed, first aiders and fire-fighters training. * Ensure regulation compliance regarding Health and Safety. * Liaising with Labour Inspection Services if requested. EXTERNAL PREVENTION SERVICE * Liaising with External Prevention Service (SPA) and managing the service level agreement in compliance with law requirements . * Overseeing Hygiene Risks Assessment on Amadeus premises. Monitor and review the protective and preventive measures. PREVENTION PLAN * Responsible for Safety & Security policies review, ensuring its proper implementation. * Update and set up procedures: contractors & suppliers activities management. HEALTH SURVEILLANCE * Ensure that SPA provide to Amadeus' employees with the best quality services regarding Health. Support employees in any doubt that may rise regarding health. * Responsible for liaising with SPA/accident insurance company, foresee changes in needs and supporting the Building & Facilities Manager within selection of new suppliers. * Work related incidents management: * DOCUMENTARY MANAGEMENT * Documentary management of the Emergency Plan and Risks Assessments, periodic check-ups and medical certificates for work-related accidents. • Education: Master Degree.
