Job Description Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover up to 12 months Part-time - 20 hours (Flexible) We are seeking a part time qualified People Services Co-ordinator with a strong commitment to employee service and operational efficiencies. Working 20 hours a week ideally 4 hours a day, other working patterns will be considered too. You will be a part of our international and driven People Services Group. Internally you will be working with colleagues across the Global People Team to ensure internal compliance and broad set of knowledge. What will I be accountable for? You will be accountable for payroll processing and administration of employee relations in ARM Norway AS. Your tasks will also involve supporting the Nordic organization with a variety of People related activities. Responsibilities: Record people related data in the HR systems (SAP) of record; including initial new hire processing, team member status changes, personal data, compensation, performance reviews, absences etc. Maintain data integrity on all people data Prepare and/or coordinate reports needed for business with accuracy and completeness; Participate in audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policy. Manage on-boarding, off-boarding and transfer processes, including preparation of offer letters and contracts Support recruitment activities Support Global Mobility activities including relocation, immigration and transfers Respond to all inquiries in your area of responsibility in a clear, accurate, timely manner. This includes managing an in-house tracking system and questions from employee on-site. Job Requirements What skills, experience, and qualifications do I need? Relevant higher education or currently studying and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Shared Services or administrative role to provide professional People Services to ARM Norway site. Good English skills to communicate effectively with your colleagues internationally Ability to communicate effortlessly across all levels of an organization to guarantee the best information float with your stakeholders An understanding of the Norwegian employment law and related legal frame to guarantee compliance Efficient and structured work methodology will able you to work in a flexible, fast and agile environment Attention to detail helps to retain data accuracy Prior experience with SAP will be an advantage What are the desired behaviors for this role?
