Your daily challenges
They are mainly active on the customer's site as a specialist for Active Directory. Our main and largest Active Directory customers help you to reliably operate your Active Directory infrastructure.
They proactively prevent the occurrence of problems and find satisfactory solutions promptly. To do this, you can use troubleshooting using trace analysis and other complex tools. This includes the possible writing of sample codes.
The most critical, explosive situations and complex technical challenges you will master safely.
As an experienced specialist, you define analysis and processing methods, check solutions and technical documentation of third parties.
For customers and partners, plan and implement proactive support services. This includes technical trainings, risk assessments, customer workshops, expert meetings.
• They are and remain up-to-date on Microsoft products, technologies and developments and pass on this knowledge to our customers.
As an experienced Windows Server and AD specialist, you define analysis and processing methods, check solutions and technical documentation of third parties
Close collaboration with developers and product teams to identify bugs and other bugs
Development of recommendations for major customers to optimize Windows platforms
Planning and provision of proactive support services (technical trainings, supportability reviews, customer workshops, expert meetings) for customers and partners
Performance analysis, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
your profile
• Expertise in the planning, design and operation of Active Directory infrastructures
• Detailed knowledge of domain resolution with DNS and operation of Windows DNS servers
• Knowledge of authentication procedures (Kerberos, NTLM, etc)
• Extensive knowledge in the design, application and troubleshooting of group guidelines
• Experience in DFS-R / DFS-N
• Active Directory backup and restore experience
• Knowledge in security areas such as delegation, monitoring, authentication, silos, and dynamic access control
• Extensive experience with Windows Server 2008 R2 through 2012 R2
• Experience in performance analysis, fault diagnostics and troubleshooting, especially in AD / Sysvol replication
• Experience with the collection and analysis of log files and network traces
• Experience with Azure Active Directory, ADFS, and synchronization processes is a plus
