This growing segment includes fixed imaging systems and its integrated related solutions to be able to secure complete installations at hospitals and private institutions within Sweden and Denmark. You will belong to a dynamic team with a commercial mission in the Nordic region. You will be responsible for driving commercial transformation and sales within your region in close cooperation with Account Managers. Essential Responsibilities GE Healthcare see the Vascular segment as one of the most important growth areas in the coming 3 years, and has high priority within the Nordic Diagnostic Imaging Healthcare sales group. Maximize orders and sales, margin, market share customer satisfaction within the Vascular segment in specified area of responsibility. Identify and qualify leads/opportunities. Determine Customer needs. Determine Sales Strategy, developing Winning GE answer. Demonstrate GE Vascular Solution, including technical and clinical benefits. Own configuration quality at Order entry, ensure customer acceptance and satisfaction at delivery. Prepare and coordinate the tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with the Vascular segment team. Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data. Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service/education team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues. Generates, record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers. Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes. Qualifications/Requirements Business Acumen. Strong commercial skills. Operational rigors. Project management capabilities. Team player. Fluent English and Swedish/Danish. Driving license Level B. EU Work permit. Desired Characteristics Documented sales experience of fast growing business of capital equipment related to Interventional segment (IC IR Hybrid OR) or equivalent. Physicist know-how background or experience. Clinical Knowledge in use of 3D CT/MR/X-ray Data sets. Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations). Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers). Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process).
