Currently the center is seeking candidates for the position:
Project Coordinator
The opportunity
Working with notable clients, you will become a part of a brand new team with possibility to make your mark. So whenever you are interested in being right at the heart of that challenge, supporting Global Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) Program leaders and managing the execution of digital campaigns by coordinating the work with different digital teams, this role is for you.
Your key responsibilities
Project set-up and strategic support for BMCs most critical programs including governance structure
Manage relationships with key stakeholders within BMC, and across geographies and functions (BD, Markets, Talent, Finance, etc.)
Channelize work to the relevant parties involved in project delivery (GDS, Vendors, etc.) and ensure achieving of desired results as per agreed scope (time / quality / budget)
Built up and manage resource pools for program/project execution
Create reporting and overall status overview on the performance of the BMC programs/projects for various executive stakeholders
Manage and track of spending and advice on any deviations against plan.
Skills and attributes for success
Project management skills and knowledge
Understanding of standard project methodologies re project initiation, current state analysis, future state design, implementation and project transition/close
To qualify for the role you must have
· A bachelor's degree
Master in Project Management , PMP certification, Prince certification or Google Certification will be an added advantage
5 years’ experience in project coordination/project management
Excellent written, oral and presentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with all aspects of change, e.g. technology, process and organizational change
Strategic Planning / Brand / Marketing / Communications experience highly desirable
Excellent teamwork skills
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Technical skills: advanced knowledge in MS Office
Language skills: fluent English is essential
