Tasks:
Are you an experienced project manager and manage projects through all phases? Then we would like to entrust the management of complex projects and the integrated multidisciplinary teams to our most important top customers. This means in concrete terms:
Responsibility for all phases of the project life cycle
Selection and expert management of teams to ensure the projects according to the agreed cost, time and quality objectives
Project responsibility including method selection, implementation and completion
Analysis of customer requirements for the determination, evaluation and recommendation of action options
Design of project plans using standard project management tools
Regular reporting on project status
Assessment of project progress on the basis of key figures and project plans as well as when necessary
Development and maintenance of customer relations
Management of interfaces between customer and project teams
Ensuring the transfer of knowledge and the project retrospective
Active participation in the development of company internal standards
Qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or equivalent education
Several years of experience as a project manager in the consulting field or in a group
Proven success in project management, ideally in the IT and QM environment
Very good knowledge about project management methods and appropriate certifications
Expert knowledge in at least one PM tool, eg MS Project or Workbench
Creativity in the development of technical solutions
Experience in the introduction of new concepts or strategies for increasing productivity
Excellent communication and presentation skills at CxO level
Analytical thinking and results-oriented approach
Fluent in German and English in spoken and written English
Mobility for customer projects in the DACH region
