Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Purpose
This Project Management Team is part of the Danish Consulting Organisation. The Project Management group is reporting into the Danish P&L leader, who is leading consulting sales, project management , solution architecture and the delivery/implementation teams.
The Project Management team is instrumental for driving value to our customers and lead them successfully through large and small scale Cloud Transformation projects.
Responsibilities
Successful and responsible leadership of Oracle Cloud projects
Implementation Projects of different size and contract types
Project related resource and financials management
Strong scope management
Strong customer expectation management
Project related Forecasting
Risk Management
Change management
In- and external Project reporting
Collaboration with other Project Management Teams in WE
Professional Support of Sales related activities on Project Management Level
Bid and proposal qualification and management.
Representation of Oracles culture, vision and values
Alignment of internal stakeholders
Skills and Experience
Education level/Qualifications: University degree in relevant field
At least 8-10 years professional experience in IT
At least 5-8 years professional experience as Project Manager
Distinct Skills of current Project Management methods and trends
Proven successful delivery of fixed price projects greater 2 M€
Proven team leading track record including larger project teams with 20 team members
Presales and proposal management experiences for several proposals of fix price projects > 1M€
Willingness and ability to travel and work onsite at customer location for up to 100' and during >6 month assignments.
High affinity to current and future trends in the area of Cloud and Enterprise Software
Proven experience with agile project methodologies.
Proven experience with modern delivery models (on demand, mix delivery with offshore or partner resources)
Proven project management experience in large scale off- and near shore delivery models
Experience with international project (management of global core model design, pilot and roll out)
Proven Project Management track over many years in different industries, project sizes and contract types
Experience with Sub contractor Management including efficient subcontractor contract negotiations, cost control and delivery management
High level of customer focus
Ability to motivate teams
Proven ability to coach team members and lead more junior project management profiles
High sense of responsibility
