Job Description
Due to an exciting collaboration between Dassault Systèmes and a High Tech client, we are hiring for Project Manager to ensure the successful completion of the customer project to guarantee client satisfaction. The role will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Role Description:
Coordinate all associated activities & resources to guarantee the committed margin and scheduling criteria.
Provide support during presales as such as assessing project needs, planning, staffing and risk management.
Lead and/or contribute to the definition of the Statement of Work (SOW).
Create and manage project plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of the projects.
Manage the project budget and margin.
Manage and provide guidance to the project team.
Monitor purchases and expenses.
Prepare/update the business forecast and ensure consistency with information system.
Communicate new business opportunities identified during project execution.
Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability.
Produce the lessons learn during the project closure phase.
Candidate's profile
Background:
Strong Engineering Degree
Deep knowledge of Dassault Systemes PLM solutions
10+ years’ experience in a Project Management role within PLM/ERP implementation
Experience in process consulting and process improvement
Experience working within a product delivery lifecycle
Project Management ceritications: PMP, PRINCE 2 etc
Competencies:
Functional application knowledge of the DS 3DEXPERIENCE Portfolio
Ability to translate customer requirements into a robust solution that delivers expected ROI.
Strong communication skills including ability to convey information at correct level of detail for each audience: Executives, Business, IT and end users
Consistent use of project management techniques
Experience of delivering solutions using AGILE principles
