Located within the Henkel Shared Service Centre in Bratislava, the Purchasing Support Specialist – Marketing/Human Resources support will carry out and support the performance of business activities related to the Purchasing Category for Marketing/Human Resources and interact in a customer oriented manner with other remote Henkel purchasing locations (e.g. Henkel Corporate HQ in Düsseldorf and local country purchasing organizations).
What we offer
Working as a full team member in the global strategic purchasing unit supporting the global marketing purchasing team
Acting as first point of contact for internal stakeholders
Setting-Up, updating and analyzing internal governance reporting, working with local and global purchasing managers
Supporting in day-to-day operations such as supplier onboarding, etc
Creating and managing supplier onboarding, spending reports & analysis
Developing and improving payment processes
Ensuring completeness and consistency of data
Operating in support of global eTenders in the preparation and analysis phase
Who we are looking for
University degree in economic area or business academy education
English skills are essential
Experience in working with SAP and Microsoft office programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-organized and responsible team player with good analytical skills
