The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for the coordination of insprections, analysis, preparing various reports, audits, etc.

For the growth of our Quality department we are now looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our manufacturing site in Botevgrad.
Primary responsibilities include:
Coordination incoming inspection, metrology, production analysis and the work of the quality operators;
Perform internal and external audits. Improve procedures and process instructions if possible;
Reporting failures, handling customer escalations, presenting corrective/preventive actions and facilitating 8D process;
Taking decisions in case of nonconformance and stopping the production process when there is risk of impacting the Customer;
Taking part of development and introduction of new products according to Sensata’s GNPD procedure;
Performing the job in compliance with the Quality and Environment policies.
Job Requirements:
University degree in Engineering;
Previous experience in manufacturing setting;
Familiarity with quality control systems and SPC, FMEA, MSA, Control plan;
Proven knowledge of Six Sigma, 8D reports, TS16949 standard;
Good English language skills;
Certificate and qualification for internal auditor;
Data analytical and decision making skills;
Computer literacy.
