Job Description
Reporting to the Eastern Europe Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for facilities provision, both capital projects and site maintenance/development on all Sensata Botevgrad & Sofia sites in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:
Planning, costing, and project management of capital projects, in close co-ordination with regional facilities management, both technically and commercially, tracking completion schedules and project budgets to conclusion;
Planning facilities maintenance and continuous improvement activities, including budgeting, with the site team;
Ensuring that performance metrics data is assimilated and reported accurately and in a timely manner;
Ensuring that the local team is in compliance with local statutory and other necessary regulatory requirements relating to facilities, environmental impacts, health and safety requirements;
Work in close co-operation with site Environmental, Safety and Health management, and support all necessary projects & provisions;
The role will require recruitment, development and management of site Facilities Department staff, working with local Human Resources teams.
Requirements:
Qualified with Bachelor’s Degree level, the candidate must have a strong educational background;
A minimum of 5 years, but ideally 8 - 10 years of industrial working experience will be essential. Ideally this will be in a manufacturing and/or engineering and/or facilities provision role/s;
As the role will require close co-operation with internationally based colleagues, strong English language skills will be essential, both verbally and written;
As the role will require local travel, the candidate must possess a valid driving license. The candidate should also be prepared to undertake occasional air travel.
Additional Details:
The post will require strong interpersonal skills, both verbally and written, working effectively within local cultures and also internationally with colleagues from all over the world. The ability to provide strong leadership to reports, project teams and wider groups will also be essential;
The candidate should have strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint etc.), MS Project and some CAD skills e.g. AutoCAD or similar. Ability to use Sensata specific software packages will also be required, with any necessary training being provided.
