Job Description
Responsible & Versatile - Your tasks :
In cooperation with the specialist departments, you are a competent contact partner internally as well as external to the customer. Please note and use your knowledge of the customer-specific quality requirements. They are responsible for the timely preparation and coordination of quality planning and sampling documents. In the area of ??risk management, you support suitable tools (eg FMEA, internal process checks, etc.) in your tasks. You also actively participate in the examination of complaints and participate in audits.
Participation in quality pre-planning activities, including customer complaints, definition and maintenance of test features including their feasibility and verifiability
Creating, maintaining, managing production control plans, test instructions, quality data and records.
Implementation and evaluation of the quality and process characteristics as well as the initiation of measures (abilities, MSA, etc.)
Support for and implementation of product, process and system audits as far as participation in external audits (eg customer)
Coordination with internal and external interfaces, planning, implementation and assurance of initial sampling from supplier to customer release
Required Skills
Qualified & Motivated - Your profile :
You may have completed a 3-year technical training course (preferably a metal course) and at least 2 years of further training as a technician or an industrial engineer (eg DGQ)
You are also trained as a DGQ-quality assistant
Furthermore, you have a multi-year professional experience in industrial production and quality management
Technical understanding as well as very good knowledge of quality systems ISO9001 ff; IATF 16949, APQP and PPAP / PPF procedures and statistical basics
Secure handling of the MS Office programs (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as SAP knowledge
Good to very good knowledge of German and English spoken and written
