Job Description We are hiring an experienced Retail Account Manager to cover our Partners in Denmark & Finland. • PSM for Nordics Norton, covering managed retail, distribution Partner Success Manager – Retail – Denmark & Finland • Assigned to named partner accounts within a territory (primarily existing) • Sign up new partners within the territory • Drive unit subscription • Improve customer experience associated with each partner • Provide support to customers to be more competitive Responsibilities • Will support at a regional level existing global (Tier 1 partners) • May be assigned to unmanaged territory partners through distributors • Responsible for driving sell-out (i.e. end customer subscriptions that generate “real” revenue to the company) • Competitive intelligence - provide feedback to Marketing • Contract negotiation including rebate Ts & Cs • Contract preparation • Create sales proposals • Financial model preparation • Find new business opportunities and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities • Forecast, rebate and P&L management (internal) • Maintain relationships at executive level as well as at operational level Skills • Proven channel/partner sales experience with existing relationships within the large retailers • Excellent communication and relationship management experience • Proven new business experience; creating new business opportunities within existing partners and sourcing unmanaged channel opportunities. • Ability to effectively create sales proposals as well as negotiate and prepare contracts. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables and respond well to working under pressure. • High degree of initiative and autonomy within a matrix environment, as part of a collaborative team. • Electronic distribution and E-tail knowledge is desired Key Performance Metrics • Bookings, Unit Activation, Margin • Customer Satisfaction ====================?====================?
