As Head of Sales Administration and in connection with all the different internal players, you play an interface and coordination role. You are in charge of the functional management of the assistants of the different sites and manage the ADV procedures.
Missions
In this context, you will be entrusted with the following tasks:
Being the guarantor of compliance with ADV regulations (invoicing, collection ...) and internal rules: order acceptance procedures, asset procedures, collection procedures, solvency
Manage the customer base based on site assistants, as well as customer risk: monitoring, risk analysis, credit insurance management, export payment methods
Coordinate the implementation of the tariff policy
Supervise overlay in order to minimize outstanding amounts and customer risk
Ensure that orders are accepted in accordance with the "acceptance of orders" procedure and supervise their processing (orders> 100K €) by acknowledging receipt of invoices, deposits or minutes
Be the main user of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for the sales part
Profile
Technical skills :
You have a successful experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position, ideally with experience in the service delivery industry.
For this position, you are imperatively comfortable with the ERP and speak a professional English. You have legal notions, accounting knowledge and also master the Office Pack (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
