In Finland, the company provides a range of Investment Planning products for Finnish residents and due to recent growth, the company is now seeking to secure a successful candidate for the following position: Sales Support Account Manager This is an exciting opportunity to join Generali Pan Europe’s team based in Dublin, Ireland with the possibility of working in a dual location between the Irish offices and Helsinki, Finland. You will report to the Head of the Sales Support (based in Ireland) with a dotted reporting line to the Head of Sales Finland (based in Finland). The role: Your role as a Sales Support Account Manager will see you working in a medium sized support team providing complete pre-sales support and relationship management to external partners whilst supporting the Head of Sales Finland and associated stakeholders. You will work closely with several internal business units including Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Partner Oversight, Finance, Risk, Corporate Customer Services and Propositions & Technical Services. Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following: New Business •Partner Due Diligence & Agreements -Coordinating due diligence exercises on all new potential partners. -Co-ordination and implementation of master agreements with the Propositions & Technical Services team, internally, and new partners, externally for new business relationships. •Service (Internal) -Main point of contact for all Sales Team communications with Head Office. -Provide sales team with support in the form of co-ordination of activities (in which they are a stakeholder) at Head Office in their absence. •Service (External) Main point of contact for all Head-Office sales-related queries from existing and potential partners. General •Marketing -Act as liaison between the Sales Team and the Marketing Team for the development of new sales aids, presentations and marketing supports. •Data Analysis -Extract, assimilate and manipulate data from all available systems and resources to produce analysis of key partners, market and sales trends. •Partner Due Diligence & Agreements The management and execution of partner due diligence exercises for on-going due diligence relating to existing partners. Administration •Maintenance of the existing systems and partner files. •Improvement of the existing systems and partner files: -Analysis, development, and implementation of new systems/methods of recording and categorising partner information, data, and files. The Candidate: The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Financial Adviser (QFA or Finnish equivalent) with a proven track record in account management / customer service administration within the Financial Services or Investment Planning sector. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of wealth protection and investment planning products coupled with previous administrative experience within a fast-paced financial services environment (ideally within Private Banking, Asset Management, Insurance and Investment Planning) and possess excellent Finnish and English language skills (both written and verbal). Any additional European languages e.g. Italian would also be advantageous. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills combined with a strong customer centric focus. A solution-oriented and pragmatic individual with an ability to resolve any problems or issues that arise along the way.
