We are looking for a seasoned sales minded professional to transform the Enterprise industry in Belgium!

The opportunity will target strategic enterprise customers from within the Enterprise segment in the Belgium, who you will help transform their business like we are for example doing with Barry Callebaut.
The Account Executive’s activities will be key to establishing and developing relationships to large key accounts within the Enterprise market in Belux. You will engage with top executives to position salesforce.com solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis and references. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, initiating sales initiatives and generating new business as well as orchestrating all resources and sales activities.
Responsibilities:
Selling salesforce solutions into strategic accounts in Belgium
You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, and further developing assigned strategic accounts.
Vertical/account identification and research, to formalize a go to market strategy and create qualified targets.
Strategic account development, establishing and building up C-level contacts, identifying and developing opportunities at assigned large accounts.
Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector.
Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Co-Prime sales, Strategic Services, Executives, Partners etc.
Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
Accurate forecasting and revenue delivery
Required Skills:
Extensive, relevant experience of selling enterprise software solutions into Enterprise accounts, gained (preferably) within a major software vendor.
Successful at new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
Fluent in English due to the highly international environment at salesforce.com
