Within the Digital Marketing organization, you are in charge of designing, developing and implementing the integrated Web Analytics solution of our web ecosystem.
Your contribution
For all ecosystem websites (including sites or external platforms) in a multi-touch context (web, social media, email) and on any type of device (mobile, desktop, tablets, etc.) And platforms, you are in charge of:
Work closely with functional needs definition teams and with business stakeholders.
Design and specify the mechanisms for collecting data based on business and functional requirements in relation to the actors Business
Develop, test and deploy mechanisms with Tag Commander Manage and Google Analytics tools primarily.
Maintain and execute production mechanisms, including correcting anomalies and correct operation of collection
Ensure the quality of the collected data, which must also be part of a global data collection process necessary for end-to-end analytics: from audience to lead
Web Analytics Data Dashboard:
Design and specify the dashboards based on the business and functional requirements in relation to the actors Business
Develop, test and deploy dashboards with Tag Commander tools
Maintain and execute dashboards in production, including correcting anomalies and correct operation of dashboards
User training:
Design training materials for end users
Conduct end-user training
Ensure day-to-day end-user support, including the meaning of different metrics
Technological watch: To ensure an active technological watch on the analytical web domain in order to be able to test and propose innovative mechanisms
Team management: In charge of a team of 2-3 people, coordinating and delegating tasks to the team.
Your assets to succeed
You have demonstrated experience in the implementation of Web Analytics tools, in particular using a Tag Manager in a Digital Marketing environment with strong interaction with development teams and agencies.
Google Analytics skills and other web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics
Front-end web development skills including HTML, JavaScript, as well as cookies
Excellent communication skills, in order to convey complex messages adapted to a variety of people
Rigor, attention and appreciation of detail
Experience in Web Analytics tool, configuration and deployment side.
