Job Description
Control of marketing and sales activities for the event brands (eg prestigious events such as the media award BAMBI, the charity event TRIBUTE TO BAMBI, the promotion prize NEW FACES AWARD and the FESTIVAL NIGHT within the Berlinale)
Development of strategies and creative concepts for the integration of sponsors live and media
Active sponsor acquisition and sponsorship
Conception of tailor-made sponsoring offers for target sponsors / customers
Development of new sales concepts by integrating the digital offers from Hubert Burda Media and BurdaStudios
Contractual negotiations and quality assurance of the sales process
Constant controlling of sales activities in the sense of monitoring and controlling relevant KPIs
Close coordination of sales activities with additional sales units from Hubert Burda Media
Preparation of the sales activities and ongoing coordination to strategic projects with the top management
What we want from you ...
A completed degree or a very well completed commercial training (usually with the focus on marketing and / or sales)
At least three years of professional experience in marketing and sales (agency, media company, etc.)
Good sense of urban trends, time-minded themes and good storytelling
High affinity to social media, online marketing and content marketing
Acquisition and communication strength, creativity, enthusiasm and negotiation skills
Independent structured work, hands-on mentality, high commitment and enforcement, as well as coordinative skills and high flexibility
