Job Description
As a Manager / Senior Manager you will be able to independently lead a national or international Deloitte team while building strong working relationships with your client. You will be responsible for your team and for delivering content, including providing technically sound solutions across the Organization Design competence within agreed turnaround times.
Your responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining customer relationships;
Generating business in the market;
Developing customer propositions within specific industries or markets;
Developing knowledge and products for marketing purposes (publications, presentations, seminars, events);
Managing and building a project team;
Monitoring and delivering project deliverables for clients;
Contributing to client accounts and service line;
Developing and facilitating trainings.
Your profile

University degree (Business Administration, Business Studies, Economics, Organizational Sciences or Law) supplemented with a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant Organization Design or Workforce Transition experience;
You are familiar with recent developments in the field and you have a clear vision and perspective in this respect;
You bring relevant experience from an external consultancy firm or from an internal project management or advisory ability;
You have experience with international projects (restructurings/M&A);
You have experience with project work in a team;
You have experience in managing teams;
You are innovative and have demonstrable commercial awareness;
You have the capacity to contribute to the development of new propositions and thoughtware in our practice;
Excellent communication and advisory skills;
You are proficient in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
