Inttra IncReporting to the Sr Service Delivery Manager, the Student trainee will support the INTTRA Service Delivery in their efforts to achieve some of INTTRA´s goals, such mapping rate improvement, INTTRA adoption, and/or increase customer satisfaction. Assistance with business intelligence activities, mainly related with the analysis and creation of salesforce.com Service Delivery specific reports (i.e. Mapping trends, service response cycle times, etc) Specific support with Key accounts (ex: Agility and case handling review: closed case analysis) Assistance and Follow up with Mapping related efforts, and/or other key activities for the EMEA region, to be developed in cooperation with Digital Marketing and/or Service Delivery + Inside Sales (ex: Call Qs). Updating contact information and email addresses (delete old contacts etc.) Test, assess impact, and adjust methodology of service driven revenue initiatives Assist with the creation of specific framework documents and/or Standard Operating Procedures. Undergraduate Juniors and Rising Seniors Relevant Business Majors Highly organized and structured with the ability to prioritize, and work effectively and independently Act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Tech / IT savvy, proficient in MS Office and Power Point Fluent in English Second European language is a plus (ex: Spanish, French, Italian, etc) Individual must be highly motivated, eager to participate in and contribute to the team
