Job Description
Tasks:
· Performing field service activities including trouble - shooting, maintenance, site expertise,
· Preparing necessary documents for the site team,
· Coordination with logistic department for service orders,
· Pre and Post reporting of internal & external customers,
· Researching and understanding the needs of the customer and defining overall technical and business solutions,
· Performing site testing & commissioning of power & distribution transformers,
· Technical support for customers, sales team and partners,
· Performing site works following service plan according to ABB’s technical, commercial and health & safety standarts,
· Performing trainings to customer at site and at ABB facilities.
Requirements:
· University degree in Electrical Engineering,
· At least 2 year experience in transformer service business,
· Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish,
· Knowledge in MS Office programs,
· Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills,
· Team working, technically oriented, analytical, communicate effectively, customer oriented,
· Ability to travel frequently,
· Completed military service for male applicants.
