General Purpose: Marketing support provides professional assistance to marketing function and/or marketing managers in operative marketing and process implementation. Is responsible for smaller projects and can be part of standard collateral creation per set of guidelines. Understands the relationships between own work and the marketing processes. Proactively works for improving the quality of implementation of marketing processes. Main Responsibility Area: Has operational experience and has worked in an international environment. Leads and executes activities related to global programs and works with people within and outside Nokia. Fluent command of English in writing as well as speaking is a must. The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter and should be comfortable to work in virtual teams in which the main communication channels are emails, virtual/video meetings and phone calls. Accountable for quality and accuracy of own output. Responsible for contribution to teamwork. Errors may have impact on function/project/customer. Job Description: Support marketing organization with administrative and operational tasks including for example purchase orders management, communication, quality checks and reporting activities. Required competencies: Self-efficient, confident and eager to learn. Flexible, able to work across boundaries and receptive to change. Able to work effectively in a rapidly changing and demanding virtual environment across time zones. Collaborative work style, can do attitude. Strong results orientation and business driven mentality. True team player. Good knowledge of general IT and Office365 applications. Has organizational skills and commercial awareness. Has numerical skills and is familiar with statistical information gathering and analysis. Typically, 2 years directly related experience or 2-4 years overall professional experience. Treats people with respect and works hard to earn it from others. Team player and delivers superior results. Invests in developing skills, is never complacent and perpetually questions status quo. Experience with working in a Marketing or Communication environment is a plus.
