PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Our internship program is targeted towards equipping you with real-job experience and the skills to be successful on your dream software engineering job. You get this by working on fun and challenging projects that matter, joining an existing team or working together with other interns under the mentorship of our most skilled engineers.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Complete challenging projects where you would see what cloud means and how stuff works
Learn, learn, learn and learn: enhance your learning and problem solving capabilities, gain understanding of the different software development methodologies, learn new technologies, languages, frameworks, paradigms, industry trends, social skills and everything that you see or your mentor points you to improve
Connect with colleagues from different teams and at different levels
Have a lot of fun!
Continue your education with best marks (not just marks, but really learn) possible
WORK EXPERIENCE
None is required but the more you have the easier would be and a better admission change you have. Here are few things that could be of great help if you already have experience with:
Test Driven Development
Amazon Web Services
SAP Cloud Platform
Proficiency in a contemporary programing language, just few examples Java, C#, Scala, JavaScript, many others
Design and implementation of REST APIs
Databases: administration, development, replication & availability
Networking at all levels: protocols, linux, Ethernet, tcp/ip, traffic management
Designing for high-availability and resilience
Troubleshooting and debugging
Linux administration and Bash scripting
Basic data structures and related algorithms
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
You’re still a student or you have shortly graduated (preferably) in a computer science related field and have no or very little experience in software engineering.
Desire to learn, open minded, very curious
You can write code. If you can’t it’s just not your place yet.
You want to deliver and do it in the best way
Enjoy being part of a team
Fluency in English
