American HondaThis position is responsible for the support of American Honda’s programs, policies, and procedures that have been developed to handle customer contacts. Responsibilities: Customer Contact and Technical support - Interpret, research, analyze, and resolve customer, parts center and techinal teams questions using a variety of tools, Sharepoint, CICS, WM, Reporting, and Web information Parts Center Support - support processing special orders, verify inventory and stock, dso issues, interacts with carrier Communicating voice of customer concerns to improve service for our dealer Inform Management of any problems within the framework of the job Promote parts purchase of Genuine Honda parts High school diploma with some college or equivalent job related experience. Minimum job experience 5 years in a product related field of work with increasing responsibilities. Experience in WM, Distribution center operations, CICS. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer orientation skills needed. Must have strong written skill sets. Highly organized and is able to multi task.
