Job Description
Tasks:
- Improve and standardise GBS SCM process respectively in line with ABB´s global directives
- Create, stabilize and improve operations including quality & continuous improvements and operations performance metrics/KPI`s
- Work with help of lean/ six sigma to improve the process efficient manner
- Participate in different development projects within international team
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain preferably experience in core Operational Excellence role
- Good knowledge of and experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodology
- Strong analytical skills, very good influencing and change management skills
- Ability to create learning atmosphere and encourage colleagues to professional development
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Excellent MS Office skills
