Tasks
Connecting supplier orders with customer needs taking into consideration project conditions and regulations
Dealing with orders - inserting and approving purchase orders, updating data in SAP system
Monitoring on time delivery of materials
Checking supplier invoices
Communicating with internal and external partners
If needed participating in different improvement projects
Requirements
Higher education in Supply Chain Management or related subject or at least 1 year of working experience in purchase related position
Very good English language skills
Very good MS Excel skills
Willingness to act as a team player
Swedish language is an advantage
