Create your next opportunity with us as a Legal Credit Analyst in our Order to Cash Department in Bratislava. Responsibilities: Check documents and job notes identified in the process of contract approvals/lien waivers to assure that they have all necessary informations required for their approval and further processing Review the trade terms and conditions/lien waiver conditions and modify them for the benefit of JCI Provide feedback to branches/customers in order to improve the quality of the contract approval /lien waiver processes Validate reasons for not providing appropriate documents and is trying to solve open issues independently Closely cooperate with the other credit analysts and collectors to successfully resolve business cases In disputed cases the analyst identifies a person/organization which is able to provide some additional information to sort out the dispute or communicate with a competent branch to agree on a further procedure Perform the other tasks based on requirements of direct Supervisor and Manager Requirements: Fluent English in both the spoken & written forms (level C1 or equivalent) 3-5 years of experience in finance Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) preferably in Accounting and / or finance preferred MS-Office, SAP, Oracle, Collection Tool (Oracle Advance Collection preferred), & Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience What benefits does the 2nd shift offer? 30> of extra salary on top of your basic salary 2 fully paid meal vouchers per day (lunch and dinner) Taxi allowance of 6,5 euros per day if you work after 11pm Working shifts may vary depending on the particular states you will be supporting: Earliest shift: 1:30pm –10pm Latest shift: 3:30pm – 12pm Other benefits: Besides a very pleasant and international work environment Johnson Controls offers various opportunities for future growth, a competitive salary, 20 days annual leave public holidays, 13th salary, fully covered meal vouchers, monthly free workplace massage, winter vitamin package, onsite FIT days and a flexible benefit allowance so you can choose to tailor the rest of the benefits to suit your individual needs.
