For our Outbound Logistics segment, located in Brande, Denmark, we are searching for a skilled and experienced Team Lead for our Quality Management and Environmental, Health and Safety (QM&EHS) team.
As a Team Lead Logistics QM&EHS you will act as leader for 5 – 7 specialists, including administrating, controlling and developing the team. You must also act as an expert in specific Q and EHS related systems, processes or tools by establishing/implementing global standards and the Siemens Wind Power quality and safety culture.
What are my responsibilities?
As a Team Lead QM&EHS, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing and assuring alignment and compliance with Q and EHS requirements in accordance with Siemens Wind Power A/S’s Q and EHS policies, functional strategy, performance targets as well as local legislation.
You will be part of the Wind Power Outbound Logistics QM&EHS department and report to Head of Outbound Logistics QM&EHS department.
Main tasks:
Train, support and develop a team with both experienced specialists and new employees
Prioritize and assign tasks to team members and control progress
Ensure adherence to defined processes, procedures and instructions and monitor related operational and/or supportive activities
Ensure achievement of agreed performance targets
Manage Q and EHS related contacts with involved internal and external parties
Report accurately and timely to management, including creating new Q and EHS reports
Support investigations
Contribute to budget planning processes
What do I need to qualify for this job?
You have team lead experience
You have 3 years of experience in working with Q and EHS including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
You are able to handle complex cases and projects
You have analytic skills and can process data into information
You must be able to influence many stakeholders to obtain high quality
Your work style is organized and structured with a sound approach to regulations and processes
Further qualification and skills are desirable:
A technical education on at least Bachelor level combined with a Q or EHS education
Knowledge of Q and EHS Management Systems, and experience with Q and EHS assurances and documentation
Project Management and audit experience will be seen as an advantage
Availability to travel and a valid driver’s license
You are flexible, hardworking and work well under pressure
You have advanced communication skills in English, both orally and in writing, and you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office.
