Tasks:
As a test manager, you are responsible for the successful planning and execution of a test portfolio for various projects in the banking environment with the focus on digital banking / mobile online banking. This includes tasks of varying complexity in both strategic and operational test management. These include:
They create test strategies and test concepts in accordance with the professional requirements in the banking sector.
They control the selection and adaptation of the appropriate test methods, methods and tools.
They plan, coordinate and control the test activities with regard to project milestones.
They lead the test team both professionally and methodically.
They work at the interface to the department, developers and project management.
They support, control and control the test progress in all test phases and create regular test status reports on the test process and the quality of the test project.
Qualifications:
You have a successfully completed degree in economics, economics or (business) computer science, or you have a comparable qualification with a strong bank-specific background.
In addition, you have experience as a test manager in the banking environment, preferably in the field of digital banking.
You have a good knowledge of project management, also from projects with global delivery approaches.
You usually have experience in test automation as well as in an agile environment (eg Scrum, Kanban).
They are strong in leadership and motivation; The coordination and control of team activities inspire you.
They speak fluent German and English.
