This position focuses on customers located in the Benelux region, working from our office in Amsterdam. The Associate Account Manager’s main objectives are to maintain and grow strategic relationships with a number of existing customers and drive client satisfaction, with a key focus on selling additional services.
Nurture and develop existing clients and win new business in the region.
Generate incremental revenues from existing clients by selling additional Forrester products and services and by proactively pursuing executive-level relationships.
Efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow revenues and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain an appropriate incremental sales pipeline to achieve growth objectives.
Use analytical skills to understand our clients’ changing business and technology issues and needs.
Work to develop and execute on account plans that position Forrester as a strategic resource.
Communicate professionally to both internal and external audiences.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proven success in client management and complex solution selling.
Proven experience in managing multiple client relationships, achieving revenue goals, and managing sales strategies in a similar environment.
Effective organization and time management skills; impeccable written and phone communication skills.
A results-oriented team player.
Someone who is conversant in leading-edge customer experience, marketing, and business technology trends.
A fast learner who is at ease with technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency (written and verbal) in Dutch and English.
Someone who is open minded, high energy, positive, and has a can-do attitude.
