Job Description
You will work within Business Technology, as part of the Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality domain. In your role as Associate Director Global Quality & Compliance Programs you are accountable for the delivery of the complete global Quality & Compliance portfolio of IT projects. On main task is to lead a team of professional solution architects and program managers (internal/external). You and your team plan and drive solution architecture, portfolios, and roadmaps to deploy and improve best-in-class, transversal business technology solutions (e.g. LIMS, eDMS, eQMS, etc.) to maximize business performance on Merck Group Level. The Associate Director Global Quality & Compliance Programs needs to work closely with delivery teams to drive execution of related IT project portfolios and roadmaps. In your role you have to balance interests and requirements of various stakeholders for maximized alignment with related strategies. Further to this, you will ensure compliance of the business technology solutions with applicable internal standards and external regulations. Finally, your role ensures global adoption of the related business technology and continuous monitoring of adoption levels to identify gaps and deviations across the enterprise. As Associate Director Global Quality & Compliance Programs you need to be Thoroughly familiar with current digitalization & IT trends for quality & compliance capabilities (e.g. LIMS, eDMS, eQMS, EH&S, etc.) and underlying technology, as well as experienced with current Quality & GxP IT compliance trends (e.g. GAMP5 validation, Data Integrity requirements).
