Responsible for Philips lightings global B2C marcom strategy across all product categories (BG Home/ BG LED lamps and BG Lamps) and channels globally. This role is responsible for defining the global B2C Marcom strategy with a time horizon of 18 months up to 5 years, by using all available information sources including consumer insights / competitive data, BG strategy + any external data points
The Marcom Specialist, B2C Strategy is an experienced marketing professional who will drive the creation and execution of consumer marketing campaigns globally. This role will work collaboratively and cross functionally with Comms team, BGs and markets to develop and execute comprehensive programs and campaigns designed to increase market awareness and drive demand generation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in messaging framework, content and assets
Key areas of responsibilities:
Responsible for building the global B2C Marcom strategy for Philips Lighting embracing all relevant businesses and creating frameworks by matching consumer profiles/personas based on insights and trends in the B2C environment. Drives the marketing campaign strategy for B2C by developing communications strategies to fundamentally shift consumer perception Positions Philips Lighting as a preferred brand and visionary thought leader in ‘light experience’ Works closely with key stakeholders including BGs, markets, digital and comms(B2C & shopper) teams to define the key framework & messaging and differentiate directions across leading markets Drives the planning of the campaigns and execution of asset creation, ensuring consumer acquisition & retention Management of external agencies to develop plans, creative and production assets that achieve required ROI per campaign Promotes and drives capability expertise to be leveraged for the digital execution of the campaign strategy Builds Long term consumer communication platform, i.e. next generation of turn on living & TRLIE Responsible for managing the campaign budget Delivers campaign activity and regular results presentations – Carry out post campaign analysis (consolidate market input) to report KPIs and distribute learning for future activities

Qualifications & skills:
7+ years’ Experience in B2C industry
5+ years of third party agencies coordination and or Consumer Packaged Goods experience.
Excellent communication skills, good organization, and strong attention to detail
Strong leadership and influencing skills.
Ability to lead and effectively execute multiple projects simultaneously
Project management skills to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.
Ability to work well in multi-disciplined / cross-functional teams.
Hands on, high commitment, easy to relate with
Experience with managing budgets, vendors, and tracking PO's
Proven track record of expanding brand awareness and creating demand through innovative, well executed campaigns
marketing communications, campaign management, channel marketing experience is preferred
