Your area of ??responsibility:
Administration & configuration of the internal CRM / ERP system
Ensuring in-house 1st-level support
Causes analysis and timely problem solving
Creation of adhoc evaluations with reporting tools
Design and implementation of small to medium-sized programming tasks and their documentation
Creation and maintenance of the user manual as well as the training documents
(Presentation of the innovations) and in-house trainings
Your profile:
Qualified DV training or study in an IT profession
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Access
Dealing with VBA, desirable knowledge in VB.net or C #
Knowledge of relational database systems (especially Microsoft SQL Server)
