Details:
This position provides remote support of field team: Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova and Uzbekistan with all related CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tasks.
Location: Tbilisi.
Job purpose:
• The CRM Support Specialist ensures ongoing technical support for medical representatives and regional managers to fit CRM activities in business objectives
• The service is delivered via Veeva CRM, VAlign, iRep, Veeva Network and QlikView BI solutions in alignment with Centre of excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Multichannel cycle plan creation for sales force team via DCR (data change request);
• Account management and user support;
• Using Remedy to resolve issues.
• Communication with key business functions to ensure that data setup in the system is appropriate for business need.
• Data quality management (approve/reject change requests)
• Ad hoc reporting based on CRM and BI systems (QlikView)
• Support Segmentation & Targeting strategies and monitoring tools in driving the targeting & segmentation process with the sales teams effectively.
• Training management, ensuring up-to-date training is given appropriately to end users.
• Cooperation with Local and Central IT teams where appropriate.
• First point of contact for any questions about Veeva CRM and related data.
• Organize and support consents keeping and handling with cooperation of Legal team.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Higher education
• 1-3 years of experience (preferable as a CRM Administrator)
• Expert in MS Excel
• Strong relational and communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Good language skills: fluent Russian, Georgian and upper-intermediate (or very strong intermediate) English.
