Customer Service Analyst Role Description The Customer Service Analyst plays an important role in RBs effort to provide superior customer service to RB Nordic customers. This will be done through ensuring excellence in daily operations and through strong cooperation with multiple departments within RB to ensure excellent customer service and correct order-, invoice- & returns handling. Key Responsibilities: Ensure customer service and communication are best in class, including; Be the first point of contact for RB Nordic customers. Manage customer requests/questions timely and accurate. Manage the Customer Service activities, responsible for key KPIs, e.g. Order Fill rate, Pack Fill rate, delivery accuracy and claims management. Be in charge of stock reporting and inventory control, making sure that potential out of stock situations are alerted to relevant partners. Be in charge of preparing various reports that needs to be delivered daily, weekly or monthly. Lead and/or participate in customer facing projects aiming to improve the daily interaction and service ratings with customers. Support Planner, Finance and Sales teams in daily business activities such as proactively support prioritization if potential shortage, initiative management, campaigns, availability, crisis, information flow etc. Support the rest of the Customer Service team when necessary. Key Results/Measures: The overall goal of the Customer Service Analyst is to support RBs effort to become the preferred supplier. Meeting customer expectations for services within Supply area. Achievement of defined KPIs - OFR, PFR and minimize number of credit notes Continuously own potential improvement areas and simplify the way we work and the way we provide service to our customers. Other Requirements Specific job skills: Experience in customer service field and have an understanding of basic logistic knowledge. Personality: Expected to have high customer focus to ensure best in class customer service. Strong collaboration skills to work with counterparts within supply chain as well as across functions. Take strong ownership and accountability. Have an ability to adapt to change and a willingness to learn and go outside own comfort zone. Understand the importance of developing and improving relations with customer and internal contacts.
