Your tasks:
You support the sales process in Proof of Concept projects
You accompany your customers with the introduction of the software and the
users
You meet customers at regular intervals and serve as the primary contact for methodological and tool-related questions
You ensure the successful and lasting use of the software at the
customer's premises
Your profile:
Completed business studies, computer science or business studies
Communication enthusiasm and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
Relevant experience in BPMN modeling from projects / internships
First experience in the field of customer success management desirable
Traveling as well as very good English skills
