Pandora JewelryPosted: 25 Apr 2017 Deadline: 12 May 2017 Location: Copenhagen, Denmark The HR EMEA team in Copenhagen is looking for an experienced L&D Content Developer who will be responsible for designing, delivering, and measuring the impact of learning solutions for our international population. Would you like to create scalable learning experiences that drive development of our people across the EMEA region at Pandora? Working in close collaboration with the Head of L&D EMEA, this role will work on a number of learning and development projects by designing and developing innovative and engaging learning content solutions for an international corporate audience. With a hands-on approach, the person will create learning content and experiences in a variety of formats including face to face learning, eLearning, videos, instructor-led content, virtual classroom design, tool kits, study guides, and performance support aids. The role requires an individual who can innovate, move quickly, and not be constrained by how things have been done before. Main responsibilities: Develop learning content in the area of management and leadership development for an international audience Master various tools and techniques within the learning and development field, such as leadership models, coaching, use of psychometrics and personality tests Facilitate learning solutions in either a physical classroom or virtual setting serving as a role model for excellent instructional facilitation Design assessment solutions, including competencies matrix and assessment centres, when required Provide creative and innovative ideas to ensure all learning developed is engaging and appropriate for the audience Work on multiple learning elements for a number of internal projects at the same time Apply research-based learning theory and proven instructional design principles to create engaging and practical learning programs. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and suggest solutions that lead to improved result. Ensure learning content is delivered on time, to scope and within the L&D brand When applicable, work in partnership with local HR teams and L&D resources across the countries to design and deliver train the trainers sessions Additional information: Starting date: as soon as possible This is an international role therefore some travel across the EMEA countries might be required. However this will be kept to a minimum Professional qualifications: Five or more years in the field of learning and development from an international company working on multiple learning projects simultaneously Proven experience as learning designer in the area of management and leadership development including: - experience in designing face to face learning and implementing digital learning solutions - proven track record in picking up new technology quickly in order to support the future implementation of the LMS for corporate audience Master’s degree in related discipline: Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, Adult Education, etc. Personal qualifications: Ability to measure, analyze, and present data on the impact of learning experiences Resourceful and able to prioritize (and re-prioritize) in a fast-paced environment with shifting objectives Skilled collaborating as part of a team and also working independently to deliver results Excellent written and oral communication skills Fluent in English and able to design and deliver training in English Demonstrate a friendly, professional and approachable manner and be customer focused Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential as is the ability to multi-task Methodical, analytical and clear approach to problems and how to negotiate to solutions Show attention to detail in both their own work and others within the team when generating content We offer: You will be part of a company in an exciting business area and work in an international hub of can-do spirited, passionate and performance-driven people.
