The Digital Business Services (DBS) organization helps customers to solve and reduce complexity by integrating SAP’s innovations faster and simpler. With more than 20,000 experienced consultants and support professionals focused on reducing complexity, we help our customers Run Simple.
Nordic DBS Operations team serves four Nordic countries and consists of three highly experienced and dedicated employees placed in Denmark and Sweden.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a student employee you’ll get a deep business knowledge of support processes of the consulting organization. You are expected to contribute with a wide-range of tasks in a flexible business environment, under the leadership of the Nordic head of DBS Operations. Some of your responsibilities will be:
Creation and administration of Internal- and Purchase Orders (IOs and POs)
Preparation and consolidation of the Nordic revenue forecast file
Assistance with the consulting backlog maintenance
Various administrative tasks
Ad-hoc reporting
Some of the assignments and responsibilities are fixed and some will be given on an ad-hoc basis, depending on your competences and performance. The above-mentioned tasks will be coordinated by you and one other student assistant. You can expect flexibility in your working hours during the exam periods. This is a 6 months vacancy with potential extension. You will be based in the SAP offices in Stockholm or in Copenhagen.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Currently in the middle stage of your Bachelor degree or at the beginning of your Master studies
Excellent Excel skills
Detail-oriented
Reliable, ambitious, self-driven and responsible
Focused on deadlines
Fluent in English
Fluent Danish
Experienced office user
Perhaps familiar with SAP Systems
