Cybernetix, a company active in the field of robotics, is one of the major players in the Energy sectors and more particularly in the Oil & Gas and Nuclear industries. The company is recognized as one of the world leaders in the integrity control of petroleum installations and TV systems operated in hostile environments.
As part of a replacement within the Mechanical and Materials Laboratory, we are looking for a M / F Designer .
Your main mission will be to carry out complete technical studies or study parts and to ensure the establishment of execution files relating to studies of new or existing equipment. You will also carry out complete or partial studies and will ensure the constitution of the deliverables to the client.
Attached to the Head of the Mechanical and Materials Laboratory, you have as main activities:
• participate in the search for solutions in response to the specifications and reviews for the preparation of specifications and design files,
• complete the technical studies (nomenclatures, master plans, detailed plans, all descriptive technical notes),
• realize the usual pre-sizing you are in charge,
• ensure the choice of the components of the trade while respecting the functionality / budget suitability,
• compile records according to quality assurance rules, standards in force within the company or specified by the client,
• follow up the study files in accordance with the current document organization,
• realize the update / TQC and the archiving of the CAD files generated by the design office,
• participate in the resolution of technical problems related to the design and detected during the phases of realization, development, installation or commissioning of equipment,
• participate in the technological watch.
Profile:
Graduate of a Bac +2/3 in mechanical design and materials, you have a minimum of 5 years experience acquired on a similar position in the industrial environment.
In the course of your experience, you have developed your skills in manufacturing processes and methods of production, the choice of materials in design, knowledge of mechanical stresses and mechanical behavior of materials and structures.
You also master electromechanics, power transmission, composite materials, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, physical measurements and data processing.
You have in-depth knowledge of SolidWorks (2D-3D), SolidWorks Simulation and ANSYS software. You also master Microsoft Office.
Working in an international environment, mastering English is a real plus.
