MANAGER CIVIL & STRUCTURAL
Job description
As a Manager Civil & Structural you are responsible for the coordination and flawless execution of industrial engineering projects within the Civil and Structural section, for both the onshore and offshore (FPSO & Fixed platforms).
Your responsibilities
You will supervise the workforce of engineers and designers
You will divide attention between the social and technical aspects of your discipline
You are responsible for the annual appraisals/performance interviews
You are responsible for staffing of the discipline and the discipline planning
You will administer the discipline budgets
You will align with the projects department with regard to planning and budget
You will develop and monitor KPI’s related to the achievements of your discipline
You will contribute with your technical skills to the execution of projects within your discipline
You will ensure compliance with contractual documents, (quality) standards, safety and environmental regulations, quality plans, specifications and guidelines
You will report to the Manager Operations.
Your profile
Bsc-/Msc degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and approximately 7 years of experience
You have proven leadership capacity and experience
You have extensive knowledge of regulations, guidelines and standards in your field
You are a fluent Dutch speaker (command of English both written and spoken)
You have relevant (brownfield) engineering experience
Your qualities
You are a natural leader and a strong communicator, committed to deliver high quality services within ‘planning and budget’. You able to steer engineering processes in a 3D environment (PDMS/Tekla) and execute calculations (SACS/StaadPro).
