Do you want to be a part of a team based in Team working in a fast paced, world class organization, driven by leading edge technology? … if the answer is yes, then we have just the job for you… The Opportunity Within our innovation center in Luxembourg, you will have the opportunity to: •Lead and drive Safety performance, mindset and culture improvement •Lead the EHS Team •Lead plant-wide Environmental, Health and Safety operational improvement and awareness. •Define and implement strategies to identify and mitigate EHS related risks. •Manage EHS systems to ensure full compliance to country/local legal and Goodyear internal requirements. •Partner Global Technology leadership and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding interpretation of Government regulations. •Manage EHS annual operating plan process, and respective monthly reporting •Support incident and near miss reporting processes, including investigation and identification and completion of corrective and preventative actions (CAPA). •Ensure execution and continuous improvement of key EHS initiatives and requirements •Utilize standardized audit protocols to identify gaps and provide guidance and recommendations on how to address the findings To join our team you will need: Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a science or engineering subject, or education in Environmental or Safety related field. Certifications in Environmental, Health and/or Safety including “Travailleur Désigné” are advantages Languages: Fluency in English is a must. French/or German is an asset. Experience: A minimum 5-10 years experience in role responsible for driving environmental, health, and/or safety performance in a single or multiple site environment. Skills & Qualifications: •Ability to effectively communicate with, manage and convince/influence others not directly reporting to incumbent •Effective communication of vision, mission, objectives and strategies at a global level and locally •Promote demonstration in skill sets to optimize performance •Ability to lead a multi-cultural, diverse and highly effective team •Clearly communicate with senior leaders and externally •Focus on objectives and goals rather than obstacles and barriers.
