Key Job Responsibilities
Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations including, but not limited to hotel budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, leading service initiatives, leading and managing balanced scorecard performance.
Implementing and complying with all company policies and standards, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, leading and developing the executive team, responding to guests inquiries and resolving concerns and hotel-wide meeting participation and facilitation.
Evaluate changes in guest needs, the hotel’s guest mix, and industry and competitive trends to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes to be made to ensure guest and colleagues satisfaction, and to maintain market dominance and exceptional financial returns.
Build relationship with key stakeholders.
Work closely with the Executive Committee to achieve all support services and related goals.
Qualification / Job Requirements
Degree in hospitality management or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Previous experience as General Manager in resorts will be an advantage.
Well rounded hotel experience with strong commercial background.
Have passion for authentic hospitality and impeccable customer service with an eye for detail.
