Job Description
Directly attached to the Group Reward & Recognition Director, you will assume Responsibility for the Group's Benefits Policy (with 40 countries in three EMEAR, Americas and APAC regions), with a predominance over Europe. Based at the Group's global headquarters, you will also participate in the definition of the overall remuneration program, aligned with the Group's strategy and objectives. Finally, fully integrated within the R & R Corporate team, you will have many interactions with your colleagues "Recognition & Reward Specialists" in the Geo and the HR departments of Geo, bringing them real added value on the benefits side .
Your contribution
Establish and evolve welfare, retirement and employee savings schemes,
Work closely with human resources, in particular for the preparation of negotiations with the social partners,
Ensure the harmonization of benefits programs in a context of strong internal and external growth,
Verify compliance of practices at Group level with current legislation,
Develop communication around the various benefits in order to give meaning and value to the remuneration policy and facilitate its reading in order to encourage employees to join and increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of the Group.
Your Future Challenges
As a real project manager, you will be involved in employee benefits issues across the Group in order to support HR stakeholders in the countries concerned and will also be able to call on external resources (consultants) on an ad hoc basis.
You will need to adapt to a constantly changing professional environment that requires an open mind, responsiveness, and good intellectual agility.
Your assets to succeed
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a company or in a firm that has enabled you to acquire a real expertise in related subjects International Benefits / Social Benefits.
You speak English and can communicate in French and English in a pedagogical and efficient way on the total remuneration of the employee.
