Head of Multichannel
London - Permanent - Full Time - 39 Hours

With a huge digital strategy already largely in place, it’s your chance to shape what comes next and put your name to high profile work that will be seen by millions. We’re looking for innovators, leaders, doers. People with original ideas on how to quadruple our online sales, and the skills to make them happen.
Leading the implementation of our digital strategy, you’ll play a pivotal role in our future as Head of Digital Operations. Our customers are what drive us. So, you’ll be able to say that what you do matters to millions, as you improve the customer experience across our website, mobile site and entire digital suite. They say that retail is detail. That means plenty of opportunity to get hands on across a whole host of exciting projects. So whilst the foundations have been built, there are still lots of moving parts to the plan that you’ll assess, evolve and improve.
Having developed digital operations, strategies, products and services, you’ll bring programme management skills, analytical thinking and experience of identifying initiatives that engage, inform and motivate customers. A commercial thinker, you’ll also look at customer trends, your team’s talents and our supplier relationships to confidently prioritise, lead and make sure what needs doing, gets done. Inspiring digital innovation, product development and of course, your team, your plan will raise our online game higher than it’s ever been.
