Job description
You will be working for the HR Business Partners in Paris and you will be the HR contact point for employees and managers.
In constant contact with employees and managers, you will advise them and accompany them in the proper execution of their mission.
You will ensure the sustainability of the organization, skills and resources in partnership with the business, while respecting the ethics and HR processes.
Your missions:
- Understand short / medium / long term functional needs and determine the most appropriate HR solutions
- Advise managers and employees on employment policies, practices and legislation
- Assist and advise managers on issues related (but not limited to): performance management, discipline and conflict, contracting, reorganization, compensation / benefits, and definition of Goals
- Use its persuasive force and influence to ensure that managers take the most appropriate decisions
- Act as a reliable partner and advise managers in their posture
- Challenging current working methods and making suggestions for continuous improvement
- Development and application of HR policies and procedures in compliance with current legislation, monitoring of current and future developments in legislation and ensuring their understanding and application within the company
- Close collaboration with managers Structure and Project in the context of the implementation of HR projects and processes
- Co-operation with managers, understanding of resource requirements for the service for which they are responsible, and then collaboration with the recruitment department in order to allocate the necessary resources for the activities; This also includes interviews and relocation assistance if necessary
- Link with other entities of TechnipFMC for all international assignments and assignments, ensuring that they are managed in accordance with current practices and policies
- Making appropriate decisions to manage and retain key talent within the company, ensuring their identification and follow-up, and interacting with them and their managers
- Participation in Management / Service meetings and presentation of HR innovations for its scope
- Interaction with managers in the framework of future strategies for their division / department / department or their BU
- Approval of new hires, mobilities, wage recommendations, challenging them
- Is responsible for data integrity within human resources systems
Your profile :
You have a Bac + 5 specialized in Human Resources or equivalent, with experience in a position related to Career Development or General HR.
Thanks to your relational fluency, you like to evolve in an international and multicultural environment, in constant evolution.
You succeed in adapting to various interlocutors without difficulty, and to grasp the stakes of the business.
Persuasion, autonomy and asserti vity will be your main assets to respond to solicitations and projects ever more numerous.
Finally, you master English, both oral and written.
